Josh and I changed our way of eating after finding the blog 100 Days of Real Food.  Eating non processed food has changed our life.  I dropped 20 pounds after I had my third son just from eating whole foods.  I did not count calories I just ate till I was about 80% full.  Our bodies know how to eat real butter, real whole milk, real sour cream, spaghetti made from scratch, tons of roasted veggies and yummy fruits.
